Tritia made all of the desserts for our wedding on February 20th. They were wonderful. We loved the cake and our guests loved the variety of treats you made for them. I know a great anniversary gift she could give us. The lemon flavored wedding cake :) :) Seriously though, she did a fantastic job. The presentation of the food was perfect and everything went off without a hitch. Many many thanks.

Kransekake - is my favorite! When I travel to Denmark - I just have to taste one. When I was in North Dakota during Easter in 2001 a friend of my relatives made one with the Scandinavian flags on - just like the one you have here.
